Customizing outputs for your event type
The Middleman's AI adapts its outputs based on the event type you describe. A wedding production file looks and reads differently from a corporate conference, which is different from a fundraiser gala.
Here's how to get the most relevant output for each major event type.
Corporate events
What the AI optimizes for: Professional tone, business meal context, dietary accommodation logistics, AV and presentation logistics, name badge and registration flow.
Include in your brief:
- Company name and industry (helps calibrate tone and any brand-specific notes)
- Purpose of the event (team dinner, client entertainment, product launch, etc.)
- AV and presentation needs ("two podium presentations and panel discussion")
- Any dietary requirement policies ("all menus must include vegan and gluten-free options")
- Budget context ("this is a client-facing event" signals premium calibration)
Weddings and private social events
What the AI optimizes for: Ceremony/reception flow, family groupings and sensitivities, romantic and personal tone in client documents, day-of timeline with buffer time built in.
Include in your brief:
- Ceremony start time and reception start time (separate)
- Guest count and age distribution ("150 guests, mixed ages, 12 children")
- Any cultural or religious traditions that affect timing or service
- The couple's names (if you want them in the proposal)
- Venue type and any known restrictions
Fundraisers and galas
What the AI optimizes for: Donor experience, auction logistics, speaker program timing, table sales and seating complexity, late-night format.
Include in your brief:
- Program elements (cocktail hour, dinner, live auction, silent auction, keynote, dessert reception)
- Goal amount and what the event is for (helps calibrate tone in client documents)
- Table pricing tiers if relevant
- Expected VIP or board member protocols
Product launches and brand activations
What the AI optimizes for: Brand narrative in documents, press and media logistics, product demo flow, social media and photography logistics.
Include in your brief:
- Product or brand name and what's being launched
- Press and media attendance
- Demo or activation elements
- Any embargo timing
Using templates
You can save any edited production file as a template for future events of the same type. Templates ship in Q3 2026 — on the roadmap and arriving before year end.
Output language
The Middleman currently generates all documents in English. Multi-language support is on the roadmap for 2027.
